After exploring the international restaurant menus presented in this workshop, compare them with a typical Colombian menu.

In your post:

Identify at least two dishes that are common in the international menu and two dishes that are common in Colombian restaurants.
Explain two similarities and two differences between the menus.
Discuss which menu you would prefer and explain your reasons.

    The international menu includes dishes like hamburgers and pasta, while a typical Colombian menu offers **bandeja paisa** and **ajiaco**. One similarity is that both menus have meat dishes and desserts. Another similarity is that both offer drinks and meals for families. One difference is that Colombian food uses more traditional local ingredients, while international menus include dishes from different countries. Another difference is that Colombian meals are usually larger. I would prefer the Colombian menu because I enjoy traditional flavors and homemade food. I also like supporting local restaurants and sharing my country’s culture with visitors.
